General features:
- Purchases will only be accepted by people over the age of 18. Minors are not authorized to make purchases through any form of payment.
Ordering:
- To make purchases through our page, it will be necessary to accept the conditions discussed.
- The purchase contract will be formalized when Ca’n Dionís has confirmed the order and you receive an email confirming it. In case of cancellation of the order, Ca’n Dionís will refund the entire amount paid through your payment company.
Customer data and their protection
- When registering your personal data to place the order, we will ask you to provide us with personal data. Please confirm and review the data you provide us correctly.
- Your data will be used solely and exclusively for the internal work of the Ca’n Dionís gallery as a result of receiving payment for the purchased work and to have all the necessary information to be able to send the purchase to your homes.
Prices, expenses and payment
- When making the payment through our page, the prices stipulated therein will be applied. Prices are indicated in euros and include taxes. The only thing that is not included in it are the charges related to shipping costs, which are sent separately depending on the place where the order is destined and the characteristics of the work being transported.
- You can pay by bank card through the different options that we provide. The customer will receive an invoice for the purchase made through the email provided.
delivery and transportation
- The purchased product is normally delivered within the business days announced on the web. The departure of the work from its base point (gallery) will not be later than 15 business days from the confirmation via email received in your account. If you do not receive this email, please contact us again by phone, whatsapp.
- The expected delivery will vary in relation to the destination country to which the work will go. This will be detailed in the order confirmation. In the event that the delivery takes longer than expected, being a reason unrelated to the gallery, we will not be responsible for any type of financial compensation. Even so, we will of course follow its route and we will be waiting for its resolution as soon as possible, intermediating via the transport company and buyer.
- If you are going to pick up a package, you must do so within a specific period that will be indicated in the notice. When the order arrives at the office, you will receive a notice and you will be able to come in person by presenting your identification and providing the order number. On the contrary, if the work is domiciled, there must be someone to receive it. We are not responsible for thefts derived from poor organization in front of the client / transport company. Even so, say that your shipment is covered by insurance against possible damage and is in proportion to the full value of the work. This is paid by the customer and is shown in the payment tab once the purchase is processed.
- All charges derived from the packaging of the shipment, whether it is a wooden box, wrappers and padding fabrics, are the responsibility of the gallery. Thus, a detail of gratitude to the client and for trusting in Ca’n Dionís.
- The price corresponding to your shipment is in relation to the work you purchase. We cannot detail in advance what the amount will be because it varies depending on the weight, size and direction to which it is going. When placing the order for the product and receiving all the information from the client, we will be able to provide you with a closed price that will be added to the total of the work.
Modifications
- Ca’n dionís reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the content of its website. Both in relation to the contents of the website, as well as in the conditions of use thereof, or in the general contracting conditions. Said modifications may be made through its website by any means admissible by law and will be mandatory during the time they are published on the web and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones.
Intellectual and industrial property
- Ca’n Dionís by itself or as an assignee, is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein (for example, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by Ca’n Dionís.
